Hello guys!
so here is the problem... i got from someone a cisco switch 2948G (surely a layer 2)... so I connected my pc to the console cable, access the console terminal... I tried to read some manuals i found on the internet... i don't get anything...
The only access I have right now is CLI - so I logged on it, typed "enable" - then "config clear all" then "reset" - I believe now everything is reset... so what do i do now? i tried to set up the sc0, but don't get anything out of it...
i just want a dumb switch connecting my gateway and my computers...
can anyone take me step by step to fix it? please?!?
