Pin 1-Orange/White
Pin 2-Orange
Pin 3-Green/White
Pin 4-Green
Pin 5-Blue
Pin 6-Blue/White
Pin 7-Brown/White
Pin 8-Brown

The configuration is used on both ends

For a cross-over cable use the above configuration on one end then use the following on the other end
