Question : load balancing servers
We have four terminal servers and I think I have NLB set up correctly but it doesn't seem to load balance very well. We have one external IP mapped to an internal IP. The internal IP address is the load balancing IP set the same on each of the four servers. We are just using the standard NLB that comes with WIN2K3.
It is obviously working to some degree. Is there a better way to load balance the four servers?

That should work. I would just play with the numbers until it balnces correctly with your expectations.
