Question : Cannot ping workstation....

XP Pro - Netware 6.5 - XP client 4.91 sp2 - IP only
I have 8 computers on our network that we cannot ping, therefore the zenworks remote control utility does not work on them.  These workstations login to the network fine and use all devices on the network fine.  These workstations can also ping to other devices on the network.  The problem is that we can not ping to these workstations from other computers.
Can anyone tell me how this can be???

Do you have a firewall on the WS?
If so ,turn it off.

Are these devices on the same subnet as the WS?
