Question : Help with upgrading Cisco CME to 7.1

We have purchsed a new Cisco 3845 Integrated Router for our VoIP system.
I have searched Cisco Web Site as well as here and am unable to find instructions on how to upgrade Cisco CME to 7.1

I have:
Upgraded the IOS to 12.4(24)-T2
Upgraded CUE to 7.1

I am now needing to upgrade CME to 7.1 for it to be compatible according to the Cisco Chart.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
