Question : How do i fix DNS

I have a handfull of PCs that when I do a ping to a domain name outside of my network the PC displays a wrong ip address. I have done a dnsflush, have renew it, and nothing seems to work. would this be an issue with my DNS server? but I have PC within my network that are resolving the domain naem with the correct ip address. I need assitance to get this issue resolved please..
