Question : Unable to browse to servers on a different subnet

We have two servers on our Corporate LAN. One is a 2K3 member server hosting sharepoint services and the other is a sql server hosting a IIS for Reports both using integrated authentication. Both servers have become unavailable from our branch office lans. We have three branch offices and none of them can browse to either of theses resources by computer name. They can however bowse to them by using the ip address of the servers and then authenticating with the domain\username  then the password. When I try to browse to the server by using the computer name I get this error:

The kerberos client received a KRB_AP_ERR_MODIFIED error from the server host/computername.domain.  This indicates that the password used to encrypt the kerberos service ticket is different than that on the target server. Commonly, this is due to identically named  machine accounts in the target realm (Domain), and the client realm.   Please contact your system administrator.
