Question : starting jms server in weblogic

Is it possible to start jms server in Administration console or thorugh command line.

Also,

How can I test whether a jms application is working or not

Answer : starting jms server in weblogic

You do not need to explicitly start the JMS servers.

You just need to create the JMS server in weblogic console and start adding topics/queues to them
