Question : Troubleshooting WiFi Drops - Cisco 1100

My users have solid connection (4-five bars) to the access point.  But occasionally the connection will drop and reassociate and their laptop will go through the "acquiring address" phase.  This interrupts what they're working on.  Can someone point to some good trouble-shooting tips as to what might be causing this?  We are using WPA/TKIP.  Thanks.

It's possible for network stumbler to not find another network interfering, while you could still have in-band interference from microwaves, portable phones (i.e. not cell phones), et al. There are band-specific frequency analyzers available now that are far cheaper than full range spectrum analyzers - e.g. http://metageek.net/products/wi-spy_24x

If using RADIUS on ACS, have you enabled its fast reconnects, and on the client side?
