Question : Adding a specific port to a url

How can I automatically change http://192.168.1.2/folder/document.asmx to  http://192.168.1.2:9002/folder/document.asmx on a particular PC.
I need the port to be added to the url if it is not already there.

The change has to be done at the server end and at client end I don't think it is possible afaik. These kind of things are done only with bookmarks on client side.
