Question : Where's IIS?

I can't believe I have to ask this, but where the hell is IIS in WIndows XP?  I want to get in and set up a new virtual directory, but I don't see it anywhere.  I'm running several web apps on this machine, so I know it's hiding there somewhere.

I tried typing inetmgr under "run" but no dice.  Any hints?

If IIS wasn't available in the mmc add-ins, you should verify that it's actually installed by going to add\remove programs, then the add\remove windows components tab, and amke sure that iis is checked.
