Question : Unable to connect to wireless network
Hi,
I have just had new wifi installed on my network. It is WPA/PSK authentication and TKIP encrypted. The network is broadcasting. My laptop with XP SP3 connected fine and work with the connection, but I have10 PC's with XP SP2 that can find the network, but if you try to connected a mesag pops up with:
"Windows is unable to connect to the selected network. The network may no longer be in range. Please refresh the list of available networks, and try to connect again."
I've tried inputting all connetio detailsthrough properties, but this does not seem to help. Any ideas?
Answer : Unable to connect to wireless network
I tried the patch and all updates and it turns out the card is old and cannot support WPA-PSK authentication. I tried a new card and it worked fine.
