Question : Cisco 7940 Onscreen Logo Graphic
Hello,
I have a Cisco 7940 IP Phone and defined an internet URL for the phone to pick up a basic graphic, however I dont think that the phone is picking up the URL correctly and the graphic does not display.
I have added into the configuration file of the phone the code shown below however this does not appear to load on the phone. If once the configuration file has be refreshed from the TFTP server on the phone after a phone reboot the graphic does not load. Also (I am not sure if I am looking in the right place) if i look in settings> 8. Services URL > 3. Logo URL its value is not the web address I have defined in the configuration file, it just says LOGO in capitals? Not sure why.
Any recommendations ?
Regards,
