Question : Unable to backup DHCP Database

I am using ArcServe 11.1 to backup the Windows 2003 domain Controller.  However, I am not able to backup the dhcp.mdb with an error of AW0004.  Can anyone advice on this issue.

I believe you are receiving this message:

AW0004 Failed to open file 0.log>. RC=32, The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

I haven't used ArcServe in about 4 years but from a Veritas Backup Exec standpoint, this telling me that it is currently used and you don't have File-Open license agreement.  Once you have the license then this will successfully backed up but again this is from Veritas point-of-view.  I would imagine this principal applies to ArcServe as well.
