Question : Cannot see server

guys, my setup is as follows.

I have a file server and a watchguard firewall and the users map network drives to share files.
All of a sudden I can no longer access the mapped drives on the box and I do not get ping replies.
Nothing was changed.
Any suggestions ?

Answer : Cannot see server

Are you local to the server or are you accessing it remotely?  Just trying to understand how the WatchGuard relates to the problem.  Can you check the server to make sure necessary services are actually running?
