Question : Unable to reach certain website from certain computer

Okay, I have two machines. One in new york can ping and tracert bui.auacargo.com successfuly. I can also access the website w/o problem
If I do the same from the one in VA, ping times out and tracert stuck at 14th hop after reaching 65.126.82.250. I can't access the website from this machine, but the other site works well w/o problem.

Yes it looks like that router for qwest may be having a routing issue.
