Question : Problems setting up CISCO Unified Attendant Server
I am trying to set up Cisco (ARC) Attendant Console Server for a UC520 64 user box. The Attendant Console Server software is 3.0.1.4. UC520 is running 7.0.3. I cannot get past the Connection Details screen, which requests the following:
IP Address (entered 10.1.1.1 - voice address router)
IP Port: 443 (default)
CUCM User ID (cisco)
Password: (have entered the administrator password)
I get the message "Unable to connect to Call Manager. Please check the information provided and try again."
I am able to ping 10.1.1.1 and receive a reply from the server on which I am setting up this software. I also use the username and password to log on to Cisco Configuration Assistant and Command Line Interface to carry out top-level changes.
Any ideas...?

I have found the answer! The software was the incorrect version, as it has to be the Arc Express install not the Arc Enterprise, as this does not work with UC520.
