Question : proxy with outlook

can someone gimme a good and easy proxy for internet connection sharing ......... dat includes outlook express ....... i've tried a few like analog proxy ....... i want something easy to configure....certainly not winproxy....cause if there's a problem then someone with relatively no knowledge can atleast check and tell if the settings are fine
i wanna use this proxy on a network in which the server connects to the internet by a cable (cablenet) ....... the main ....or i could say only usage of this proxy is gonna be browsing the internet and outlook express !!!! i've searched the internet but didn't really come up with anything useful .......
i found analog proxy useful but wen configuring it with outlook .... i'm able to send mails but for some reason can't receive ...... my outgoin is smtp port = 25 ...and incoming is pop3 port = 110 ....dat's how i've configured it ....... if someone could help me use analog proxy ....... i'd be really happy
