Question : Whay arent my web pages being served?

I'm trying to setup a web server at home.

I have setup apache 2.2 and its runnig fine for local pages. I have set the conf file to Listen 10.0.0.1:80

I have setup Simple DNS as my DNS server, seems to be setup ok.

When i browse to http:www.uassembly.com & www.wingmedia.co.uk locally these work fine but when i browse to the them from another LAN the pages do not display.

i have opened port 80 on my router and pointd port 80 to the IP of my PC/Server which is 10.0.0.1

i have used http://www.dnsstuff.com for each domain and there seems to be several failures but i'm not sure how to correct them.

could some please help me out here, this is the first time i've ever used apache and the first time i've ever setup a web server. what am i doing wrong?

Answer : Whay arent my web pages being served?

As I see from 1and1 whois  database, You have defined 2 nameservers for your zone:
nserver: slv2.1and1.co.uk
nserver: ns1.uassembly.com 195.149.57.83

None is answering with any correct answer about your zone, try:
nslookup -q=SOA slv2.1and1.co.uk
and
nslookup -q=SOA 195.149.57.83

Check that you have correct firewall settings on 195.149.57.83. Also wayt for DNS propagation for 1 week, since you have just changed your DNS entry in October, 13.
