Question : run services as admin

i am trying to run certain app services as admin (or users with admin rights).  in the "log on" tab i replace local service with a domain account with full rights to run the service.  when i run it they work fine, however when the machine reboots (power off and on) none of the services i just change work.  it states the services have a log-on failure.  to fix this, i just retype same password and the service runs again.  i would like to have it run without me having to manually retyping the passwords again.

try running as a local admin.  I would wonder if the services are starting before the nic comes up and registers with the domain
