Question : connect a 3com wireless router to a netgear wpn802

At the moment I'm using a 3com ADSL wireless router which is on the ground floor and on the upper floor their is a Netgear wireless access point WPN802.  How do I make the 3com or the netgear communicate wireless??

Unless the routers have WDS bridging capabilities then you cant. APs will not communicate with other APs. If each router had a bridge attached such as a buffalo g54 (it has bridging mode) then these would provide the communicaiton link.
