Question : Need to set up RADIUS server on Windows Server 2003

I need to configure Windows Server 2003 as a RADIUS server for wireless authentication.  I must be missing some final configuration steps, because I'm not getting it to work.  Some simple list of steps to take, or a pointer to that, would be appreciated.
