Question : Proxy Server - Windows 2003 Server

Hi Experts,

We have had a request to allow access to bbc iPlayer, etc for managers who travel.

We have a server in the UK which I would like to have a proxy server software installed on that these users could use (Access through a VPN tunnel).  

Can anyone recommend a completely free simple proxy for this purpose?  (We dont need any montioring tool, etc just a redirect for http traffic)
