Question : How to setup Outlook Express using IMAP with SBS2008

We have a newly installed SBS2008. We also have a remote user using Outlook Express and need to set them up so that they both collect and send email via the MSExchange. We have opened ports 993 & 465 on the router as the SBS2008 uses an SSL Certificate. We appear to collect the email but cannot send.
