Question : How to modify a Call Hander in Cisco Unity 7.0(2) to automatically transfer to a external number if no one picks up
I currently have a Call Handler that is configured to ring a hunt pilot, if no one answers it goes to voicemail, and the message is distributed to the staff via public distribution list. The line group for this hunt pilot is configured to ring for 20 seconds. What I want to happen is instead of the call handler going to voicemail, I want it to automatically transfer the call to an external number. When a caller calls in, I still want the call handler to ring the hunt pilot, but then automatically transfer to an outside number if no one answers. I don't want to go to voicemail like it does now. Any Idea how to change this? Thanks.

Yep thats right you should be able to set the forward hunt no answer field like hus1984 said to your external number with the correct CSS on it.
