Question : Automatically Configure Outlook for Terminal Server Users

I have just setup a Windows 2003 Terminal Server and I'm running Office 2003 on it. I have a Linux server running sendmail as my mail server. I would like to have Outlook automatically configure it's setting when users log on. I have heard that you can do this with the Office Resource Kit, however I am not sure how to do this. Can someone tell me how to do this or point me to the documentation on how to accomplish this.
