Question : sysinternal disk2vhd

Hi
In order to run a test I took an xp prof machine and used sysinternal disk2vhd to make a vhd hd.  Once made I tried to boot up the vhd file in virtual pc, it gives me error 'disk read error, press control alt delete'
I wonder if I am doing something wrong or missing a step?

Answer : sysinternal disk2vhd

You need to rebuild your boot sectors.
