Question : Bluetooth class1 dongle to connect to cell phones class2

Hi All,

Does it make sense to use a Bluetooth dongle class 1 (100m) from a PC to connect to cell phones normally having class 2 (10m) just to send files from the PC to the cell phone using OBEX  (OPP profile)?

In common case it is impossible. Both side must send some data to each other and it requires good connection. Of course, in some cases it is possible but transfering speed will be too slow.
