Question : Scanning to Email
I have a konica printer that will not scan to email, I run a scan and the printer appears to be sending the file out but it is not recieved, i checked the filters and the email is nowhere to be found, on another konica printer it is working just fine. I moved the printer over to a different location and scan to email worked!?!. The only difference between the locations is they are on seperate VLANs, I even had another company (their printer) check for hardware defaults and everything checks out ok. I cannot figure out what would cause the email to get lost in space....please help.
Thanks
Answer : Scanning to Email
Have you applied Connection filtering in Exchange and this IP is being blocked? A virus scanner/firewall blocking it maybe?
