Question : pcmcia-ue2212 network adapter intallation

i recently bought a pcmcia card from genius, me3000II pcmcia ethernet adapter.
i bought it second hand without a driver.

i found a driver for a e3000II and tried to install it, but then the computer asks for dll's wich should be on the w95 cdrom, but he can t find them.
now at startup the computer asks for a vnetsup.vxd. i already uninstalled the driver, so he would stop asking for it, without result.

1. how do i get rid of the file missing message?

2. how do i properly install the card to work with my cable modem?

Answer : pcmcia-ue2212 network adapter intallation

Acoording to genius homepage the correct driver for your PCMCIA card is this:
http://www.geniusnet.com.tw/ftp/lan/me3000iise.exe
Try it. If the installation asks for files again, then notice if it wants them from the Win95-CD or it expects them to be on the driver-floppy. Some drivers aqquire you to point the path, to the win95 directory on the floppy.
Good luck
