Question : How do I install FileZilla Server

I need to instal the server on a remote PC but have never done it before. How do I:

1) Set a specific folder for it to point to?
2) Choose the port to listen in on?
    - I left the default 14147, but under General Settings saw it was listening on port 21. Must I manually enter 14147 there? I don't get it.
3) Once installed, how do I find how to reach this server? It's on a network behind a router. Must I use Port Forwarding?

And yes, you must need port forwarding TCP 21 to your FTP server.
