You need to find a proxy server that runs under a UK address (google uk open proxies)
TO have this work find an application that allows you to change proxies on the fly easily (for example Proxy changer) and plug in the IP address of the UK proxy. THen you can switch between that proxy and your regular ISP to change the IP you are coming "from".
