I have been getting these errors only from certain domains. I've done some tests on DNSstuff.com and I have a PTR record for reverse lookups. I am still getting NDR's for certain domains. We didn't used to have problems sending here. I'm thinking these problems may have begun around the time when we installed SP2 on Exchange 2003. It is driving my client nuts, and of course the main person who has been having the problem is the president of the company, go figure.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
