Question : One computer sees the other fine, but not vice versa

Greetings.  Just had to go through a reimaging of my laptop and am now running into problems re-establishing my network (comprising two laptops, one of which has a couple of printers attached to it, which I want to share).

The reimaged laptop is running XP.  The older laptop is running 2000.  I set up the workgroups as "workgroup" on each laptop.  The older laptop can see the XP laptop just fine, and in fact can access the two shared folders I have on the XP laptop.

The XP laptop, however, won't even let me see the "Workgroup" workgroup.  I click on my network places, then "workgroup" and I get the following error:

"Workgroup is not accessible.  You might not have persmission to use this network resource.  Contact the administrator to find out if you have access permission.
The list of servers for this workgroup is not currently available."

Additional info: I am the only user on the XP laptop (I'm the administrator).  Also, I've turned off the XP firewall.

Any thoughts?

Many thanks.

Answer : One computer sees the other fine, but not vice versa

If you can find the computer through search computer, then open it and then go up one level to see in which workgroup it is. Once in that workgroup you can press F5 several times until all computers show.
