Question : Interspire Email Marketer
I am finding that all the email campaign places are SooooOOO expensive and since I do not want to use the SMTP option& (ISP) and I do have many emails "bulk"...
Has anyone heard of PHP and sending emails?
I have found a company that seems to have BIG names who use their software that uses PHP (or at least I think that this is the case). You can review them here:

What do you think or know about this? If you use PHP emailing is your ISP also tied in, some think that it is not& but that does not seem right?? Is it?
Anyone use this and or know of any pitfalls of such software?
Wait I am now confussed, is this the same as regular SMTP eail sending becuase I just found the following on thier site?? Can someone make me understand?? Sorry I am new at this and I am LOST!

PHP is a web programming language, which can also talk SMTP if you program it to do so, as can C programs, Perl scripts, python scritps etc.
