An MPLS Network is nothing whatsoever to do with Windows anything. It is a type of secure(?) netowrk providing you with high bandwidth direct (semi) links between locations.
How you implement your business ontop of an MPLS network is another matter. But MPLS is JUST the network infrastructure for connecting your sites.
