Question : Vehicle Tracking system

Hello Guys,
I am required by my company to look for a solution that tracks our trucks (around 50) and monitors their routes and their driving behavior...(speed...abrupt stop...etc...)
and also to be able to have a navigation so the drivers can save on the map the customers they are visiting so in case the driver changes...we have the address so another driver can service that customer...
any idea where to start ?
any web site ? and company ?
I am building a documentation of requirements.

That depends of your type of service. If truck will move just inside a city, then you can use GPRS network. If truck will move country-wide, then you will need a satellite network, because cell signal won't be present all the time.
