Question : A good and affordable VOIP/SIP solution for a call center ?

Hi Experts,

I'm running a call center in a remote location and calls (all calls are international) routed via monthly paid service from http://www.pennytel.com and the provided router is AudioCodes-MP-203 and it's connected to two phones.

Currently I'm getting about 6 to 12 calls per a day and future I will expect to receive more. And there should be a facility to transfer the call to some different phone number automatically if the support representative not answer it.  (and extra options such as call waiting and all features necessary to run a support call center)

Please advice me and thanks a lot !

Yes, it has call waiting, voice mail, call forward when the line is busy. You need to install the software in the desktop and use the system mic and headset to receive/answer calls. Or you can connect a skype adapter in the USB and take calls via normal telephone equipment. Not sure whether you can call forward to India number, but one of my friend was doing it in Chennai. He call forwarded his skype calls to his mobile. For each client, you need to buy a seperate credit or if you want to use the same incoming number in two systems, then you need to login to skype with same logon name in both the systems. you can try registering in skype and use the free call option for calling between skype users and buy the credit options for incoming and outgoing if you are satisfied.
