Question : Secured and fast file transfer from spain to Asia...

Can anybody recommend any secured, reliable and fast file transfer and most importantly it is free?

I am receiving and sending files about 200mb to 300mb in size.

Any suggestions?

As I say if both your sever and the remote server have sftp installed use that.
It's in Unix, mac and linux by default usually and there is a free version for windows from openssh (http://www.openssh.com/), it is as fast as whichever of you has the slowest internet pipe.
