Question : DISABLE SOME INTERNET

Kinda wierd but okay.

I want to disable the solid orange wire for the cat5 wire.
I could already do that with a switch (wired internet) but now I'm asking...is that possible for wireless internet? Using like programs or in the control panel? I don't want to make a switch inside my laptop. I want to use a program to disable the solid orage wire in the cat5 wire and what it was supposed to do.

You could just create a timeout/delay on your network
