Question : Intel NetportExpress PRO/100 Print Server Configuration
We have a Lanier 5255 Printer/Copier connected to an Intel NetportExpress PRO/100 Print Server via parallel port. This machine was previously at another location and the print server is retaining the network configuration info (i.e. IP address, Netware print server context, etc).
I need to find out how to reset the configuration and/or program the configuration I need. IP is currently set to manual select so I need to know also how to either manually set the IP I've reserverd for this printer or how to configure the device for DHCP. I don't see any reset button on the device. There are two toggle switches and I've tried various combinations after powering the unit down and while it's powered up with no effect.
Called Intel Tech Support but the no longer provide phone tech support for this print server since they've discontinued it.
Thanks in advance for any help.
