He setted the whole thing up by himself.
I've been searching through EE posts to see if any posts would help me, I found

Had a read through it but didn't understand, the steps looks pretty complicated.
Do I need to sign up for special services? If so please do tell me where to, I'm willing to pay up for those services.
I goal is to use my PC to call to normal phone lines without using services such as DialPad, Meadiaring etc..
