Question : I can receive mail through a mail alias/forward, but cannot send mail from that account
I have a domain name provided by Yell.com (mydomain.com).
they have setup an email alias (
[email protected]
) that forwards mail to my private email address, which is fine.
However, I want to also be able to send email from this email address (as well as from my private email address). They do not provide this service. Is there a way I can get around this?
(I was thinking of asking my internet provider (BT business) if they would allow mail to be sent from this email through their smtp server - is this a likely possibility?)
Sorry the question is a bit muddly, Im just not sure the best way to go about this...
thanks in advance
