Question : EMail Server for windows

Does anyone know of a good + free email server which will perform the following functions.

SMTP Relay
SMTP Inbound
POP3 Mailboxes
POP3 Catch all mailboxes for domains.
Run on windows 2003

is worth a closer look. I do not have experience on it but it seems to be well supported and has good ratings given (http://www.heise.de/software/download/hmailserver/38328)
