Question : Need replacement for DynIP.com

I use DynIP and need a second one. But it does not seem to work on Windows Server Enterprise. The icon on the tool tray never shows up. So I need an alternative service. And since I need to learn about the new one, I may as well choose a free one.

Please provide me options which are free and easy to install and use. I need a virtual domain name that's easy to move to a new server.
