Question : Connection issue

I have a really weird issue, one of the computers in my network is not connecting to others in the same network, ips are 192.168.0.5 and 192.168.10.2, and can't ping neither 192.168.0.1 nor 192.168.10.3 which are up and running, when I ping them it shows me a message of Destination Host Unreachable, but they are on the same network with subnet mask 255.255.255.0, also they are on the same switch, and they were communicating before the electricity suddenly went down, I can ping my own IP ant the event viewer is showing me a message related to dcom service

Answer : Connection issue

It has happened to me many times, that I was able to ping own IP, but the card was bad.
In your case - two dead NICs at the same time - it would be incredible.
dcom events started with connection problem?
I supose that you allready tried to shutdown your PC and to unplug all cables. (net, power,...)
Try to connect PC to another port on switch.
