You cannot connect two internet connections and improve bandwidth. Any connection to a given site is maintained over one conection, the one over which it was initialized. If you want to share connections you need to use a dual wan port router. This allows you to have 2 internet connections, split the load for the network (not the PC) and allow for fail-over. The router assigns the first PC ISP1, the second PC ISP2 and so on. The reduces the overall load on the network and improves performance for the group as a whole, but no individual connection is any faster.
