Question : How Can I Get the Low MAC Address of my Westell 327W Router?

How can I get the Low MAC Address of my Westell Model 327W router? I'd like to have the LAN line at times connected directly to one laptop and at other times connected to my Westell router. To dothat I was told I need the low MAC address of the Westell router. Thanks in advance.

try opening a command line session on your laptop while connected to the westel and then type arp -a
this may return the ip and mac of your router.
if no go- then you should be able to access the router by typing its ip of the gateway(router).  once you are in look for the wan mac address.  I am thinking you want to use your cable service without the router-is this why you want the mac address?
If this is the case you can just unplug your cable modem for a few minutes and plug it up and connect your laptop.
