Question : Exchange Server 2003 Sending Emails but not Receiving

We have an Exchange 2003 Server and for some reason, I am only able to send emails but I can not receive them from outside of our domain.  I can send one to myself and I get it or other people in the organization can send me emails.  However, I am not receiving them from outside of our domain but I can send them to my Yahoo account or other accounts.  What could be the issue?

I've just tried a test to your server and it is not exchange responding, also whilst trying to complete a telnet test it lost connection.

This is almost definitely a problem with whatever device is accepting mail for your domain (listening on port 25 of the address spam2.chi.cyberlynk.net)

The address seems like anti-spam service. If this is out of your control, contact the providers and ask if they are having technical difficulties.
