Question : remote desktop to my new Windows 2008 server doesn't work
I have a new installation of server 2008 Standard. I have both NICs enabled one goes to my main domain network and the other goes to a private backup netowrk with the backup server and all the other servers. With the private NIC enable I can not remote desktop to the system. If I unplug the Private network incomming RD immediately works. From this server I can RD to anyother system with or with out the private network enabled. I can ping the server on its public/domain netowrk NIC from other servers or Workstations, but when it ping itself the response is...

I suspect this has something to do with this...
Answer : remote desktop to my new Windows 2008 server doesn't work
The IP address by itself did work, but now I've fixed the problem by making sure the private network was set as a private network.
